What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (update)

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a web developer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 11 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
