What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Tulsa)

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as a social media manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
