What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Tulsa)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. It has been a long 22 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
