What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (St. Louis)

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as an event coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as an event coordinator before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
