What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Pittsburgh)

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a social media manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
