What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Nashville)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
