What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Minneapolis)

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a forklift operator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
