What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Madison)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. It has been weighing on me all week. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
