What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Little Rock)

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a bank teller, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
