What counts as a work search for weekly certification?, IT help-desk technician here

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as an IT help-desk technician, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
