What counts as a work search for weekly certification?, home health aide here

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
