What counts as a work search for weekly certification?, home health aide here

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a home health aide, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
