What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. Thank you in advance. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
