What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as an operations analyst, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
