What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as a paralegal, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
