What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as an office manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
