What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 18 jobs a week as a teaching assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
