What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
