What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a marketing coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
