What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a janitorial supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
