What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
