What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a marketing coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
