What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as a line cook, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 6 weeks. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
