What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
