What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as a nurse's aide, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 26 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
