What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - first time posting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
