What counts as a work search for weekly certification?

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a recruiter, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
