What counts as a work search for weekly certification?, electrician's helper here

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. My state says to keep records for a year.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
