What counts as a work search for weekly certification?, customer-service rep here

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a customer-service rep, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
