What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Columbus)

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as an accountant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
