What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Columbus)

I have been applying to about 13 jobs a week as a school bus driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
