What counts as a work search for weekly certification?

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
