What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Atlanta)

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a graphic designer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
