What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a project coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
