What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a hotel front-desk agent, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
