What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 18 jobs a week as an office manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
