What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - any advice?

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. It has been a long 2 weeks. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
