What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a delivery driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Any experience at all would help. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
