What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 18 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
