What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a warehouse supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
