What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as a janitorial supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
