What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - any advice?

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
