What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 9 years as a dental hygienist

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a dental hygienist, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
