What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 9 years as a retail manager

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a retail manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
