What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 9 years as an accountant

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?
