What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 7 years as a production planner

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I worked as a production planner before this. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
