What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 7 years as an IT help-desk technician

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
