What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 6 years as an operations analyst

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as an operations analyst, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
