What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 6 years as a logistics coordinator

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
