What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 5 years as a graphic designer

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
